Donut King Winston Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

I think customer service can be greatly improved at the Winston Hills store. The owner/manager who was a older Asian lady was telling off and completely degrading the lovely girl who served me today (right in front of me and other customers) because she didn’t know how to redeem a voucher from the Entertainment Booklet that I used -it was so unnecessarily rude and abrasive and made me so uncomfortable. I also waited over half an hour for 2x takeaway coffees which was extremely excessive and the lady making the coffees didn’t seem to care about the other customers who had been waiting this long. The cinnamon donuts are made fresh and are quite nice however the wait times and customer service really hurt...

Ups: Cinnamon donuts when fresh are so so good. Can't get enough of them!

Downs: Coffee is horrible (for my tastes). For me it's worse than a Blend 43 made at Nanna's house. Boiling hot & no flavour. That might be to the majority of their customers tastes but not for me.

Ordered 2x babycinos and a coffee. Took 20 mins to make our coffees. I get it maybe busy but 20 mins is too long. Any longer I would have asked for a refund and taken my business elsewhere.

Also the babycinos were so sad, no sprinkles, no marshmallows. I was told marshmallows are an extra cost (are you kidding?), this is the first place where marshmallows are not included. Other Donut Kings give sprinkles AND marshmallows. Will not be...
