Shop Hale Mercantile instead!!!! Way better product and service. I’m so disappointed in the product quality and customer service at Cultiver! I have spent over $10k in a year and one of the doona covers had major problems with quality. I returned to the Mosman location and asked the manager to replace the doona cover as the color had completely faded after a month of use on a guest bed with no washing. It was not color fast and not acceptable. She insisted on taking the doona cover and sending it to head office so they could inspect and test it. She never got back to me. I’ve been in multiple times and she is rude and dismissive about the issue. She’s never returned the doona cover to me or provided any feedback of any kind. Just saying she’ll get back to me when she has time. It has been 18 months!!!!!! I will never be back. I took all my cultiver bedding to Vinnies and replaced it with Hale Mercantile. I am a designer and I specified cultiver on numerous projects before this....

We've been using our second lot of bedding since August and loving it. We are in WA but use this brand for all our linen in our rustic short term rental and it’s been fantastic. We get comments about how how good the sheets feel — it’s that real linen texture I guess. It is softer and more breathable than the percale and bamboo we've tried before.

For us, the best part is how low-maintenance they are. The sheets handle everything without fuss. They look great in a cool, natural way.

I purchased the heavyweight bedcover. Unfortunately it had several flaws in the fabric, lots of unfinished threads, a hole with thread of a different colour. All very disappointing given it cost over $600! Even more disappointing is the fact that I wrote to Cultiver ‘customer care’ and days later I still haven’t received any response at all.
