Diamond Sweet's and Cake's — Local services in Sydney

Purchased a cake for my sons birthday. A very expensive cake for what was supplied. $90 for essentially a sponge cake filled with "mock" cream. (Instead of the vanilla cream as described). Cake had no flavour whatsoever, sponge was dry. Decoration on the cake was rushed. Writing on the cake was so rough its like two different people wrote it. Inconsistent lettering and so large the writing ran along the bottom and back up the right side of the cake. Cream around the edges didn't meet and left short, very sloppy work. Cake supplied on a biscuit serving tray instead of a cake board. Box was too small for the cake it hung out the front and was not fully covered. Overall really sloppy and rushed and not a reflection of the $90 price tag or the positive reviews here. Maybe their biscuits are better but i wont be back...

I got the lady fingers and Nutella baklava which was not fresh and very oily. They don’t use butter cause you would be able to taste it but instead you taste the oil. It is disappointing because the reviews said otherwise and I was really looking forward to good sweets. Customer service needs...
