Ate here 2 years ago and thought the food was quite nice, itâs not our usual cafe but today our usual was full so we thought weâd try bump and grind again. Got simple meals, eggs your way with coffee. Starting with the positives, good service, good coffee. Unfortunately a cafe needs to know how to cook eggs especially if breakfast is their main menu. Hubby and I chose scrambled and they were awful. I think the cook might need a little lesson on how to cook eggs, first tip donât have the fry pan (or pot) on too high. Scrambled eggs need to be cooked super low temperature and the finished texture should be silky smooth creamy and the color yellow (not beige - they put too much milk or cream). We were unable to eat them and this is where the service part kicks in, they did offer to make fresh batch or different eggs and they did offer apologies. I very much appreciate that. I chose not to reorder because I had no confidence that the cook knew how to cook eggs properly. I would hope that they take this feedback on and provide re-training to the cook. Itâs got good...

   Read moreThis is my favourite Cafe in Sydney. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and very professional staff. The elderly, those with mobility issues, other disabilities are all catered for and cared for as part of the community. The food is delicious and good value. Right now I am enjoying a gluten macadamia and chocolate brownie with my double macchiato with a dash of cold milk. They offer a wide range of freshly made dishes which can be vegetarian, gluten free or omnivore as you require. The me us have clear symbols to match your needs.
