I ordered burgers with sweet potato fries and a drink. So the burger had pineapple, bacon, beef meat on a sweet glazed bun, after eating this burger I immediately felt unwell after having the final bite I felt the bacon was over cooked which went down very rough down my throat. It made me feel a very sharp pain like a knife. Day after I got very ill which I suspect from this place, i also found some human hair in the fries too on the day. But that I could handle, what I couldnât handle was be being very sick which I needed medical treatment for.
So until now I am suffering the consequences of eating a burger from this place that has changed my whole year and life because now Iâm on the waiting list to have surgery! Doctors agreed with me, so I donât want to get into about my health. Iâm just stating what has happened to me because of eating here thatâs it.
My review for the burger is not high either it ranks amongst the lowest tasting Iâve had, but the fries tasted exactly how youâd expect, the only thing they did good aside from the human hair. đ
Overall I donât see anything positive in this place besides the fries but the hygiene part has let it down not that it makes a difference.
So take this review how you want, I donât care about the owners response and I donât care that you care about how Iâm doing. 0.5 / 5 stars.đ never...
Read moreI have tried their spaghetti and chicken, it was lovely!! And yesterday, went to the Eastern Creek branch, we arenât from the Western part of Sydney, and also I havenât tried everything on the menu aside from the chicken and spag, a friend just recommended that I try their soft serve Ice Cream. I went ahead and ordered yesterday at around 4pm I think. Then she couldnât get what I wanted to order, I asked if they have a soft serve ice cream. Than after a few tries, she said âoh we only have the regular scooped Ice cream.â Then, yeah, I said that should be fine, maybe I was wrong and it wasnât on their menu. What ticked me is when I asked for the available flavours, she then said, âYou donât know the ice cream flavours?â And the way she said it was like I was stupid. Hello? Not all Filos eat there on a regular basis, just so you know. So yes, I donât know what Ice cream flavours you have, itâs not on my diary or list of âto knowâ. We went out of our way because it was recommended. Yeah, sometimes, no matter how âokayâ a restaurant is, you still rate it by the overall experience. Some are just not meant to be in the counter, interacting with people. We werenât trying to get a special treatment or anything here okay. Just donât...
Read moreWhere do I even begin... This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a negative review. We've been regular customers at Burger Point, often visiting the Marsden Park location. However, our recent experience at the ECQ branch left much to be desired. We were enticed by the new addition to their menu, the Burger Steak with rice, but it was a huge disappointment.
The Burger Steak failed to meet the basic standards of a decent meal. Despite being made with Angus beef, it was cooked medium and had an unappetizing amount of blood. The patty and gravy itself lacked flavour. It's the first time I've left a meal unfinished without looking forward to taking it home.
As for their chicken pieces, itâs small and the drumstick (as per the photo) look old and with barely any meat on it. The gravy for the chicken also lacked flavour.
Adding to the disappointment was the lackluster customer service from the lady at the counter during our lunch visit. Her unfriendliness and inability to crack a smile only added to our overall negative experience.
I hope Burger Point at ECQ can take this feedback constructively and make improvements. In the meantime, I strongly recommend removing the burger steak from your menu or try...
