Where do I even begin... This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a negative review. We've been regular customers at Burger Point, often visiting the Marsden Park location. However, our recent experience at the ECQ branch left much to be desired. We were enticed by the new addition to their menu, the Burger Steak with rice, but it was a huge disappointment. The Burger Steak failed to meet the basic standards of a decent meal. Despite being made with Angus beef, it was cooked medium and had an unappetizing amount of blood. The patty and gravy itself lacked flavour. It's the first time I've left a meal unfinished without looking forward to taking it home. As for their chicken pieces, it’s small and the drumstick (as per the photo) look old and with barely any meat on it. The gravy for the chicken also lacked flavour. Adding to the disappointment was the lackluster customer service from the lady at the counter during our lunch visit. Her unfriendliness and inability to crack a smile only added to our overall negative experience. I hope Burger Point at ECQ can take this feedback constructively and make improvements. In the meantime, I strongly recommend removing the burger steak from your menu or try changing the recipe.

To be honest I was pretty underwhelmed. I went to the precinct to have McDonald's, so I was not aiming super high, however what I had was definitely not a $28 meal (it was perhaps a $14 dollar meal at best). For reference I ordered a Marvin Glaze, with fries and a coke. The slightly sad part is, that I believe that what was presented, was precisely what I ordered. As in it was presented ok, and appeared to be what I had thought it would look like based on the menu. The issue however, was that it lacked ANY flavour or character. I really enjoyed the bottle of coke that accompanied the meal, but the meal was a real let down. So the highlight should never be a mass produced soft drink. For that sort of money I would expect something like the quality of burger from "His Boy Elroy" or perhaps Bernie's Diner down in the Southern Highlands. Ultimately, I am unimpressed in all aspects of the food. Sad, but true.

Decent burgers, beef was nicely cooked to order, chicken tasted a bit weird (maybe it was late at night and the oil wasn’t the freshest)..... ate around 7ish on Saturday. Fries and gravy were nice, however, IMO a thicker cut of chip would have worked better with the gravy as opposed to shoestring fries. The standard burgers on brioche are definitely recommended. The Marvin glazed bun was difficult to handle (quite messy when picking it up), however the taste was ok. The strawberry milkshake was nice, the halo halo didn’t really hit the mark (was a tad on the watery and icy side). Rounded up from 3.5 as 3 would have been too unfair.

I ordered burgers with sweet potato fries and a drink. So the burger had pineapple, bacon, beef meat on a sweet glazed bun, after eating this burger I immediately felt unwell after having the final bite I felt the bacon was over cooked which went down very rough down my throat. It made me feel a very sharp pain like a knife. Day after I got very ill which I suspect from this place, i also found some human hair in the fries too on the day. But that I could handle, what I couldn’t handle was be being very sick which I needed medical treatment for.

So until now I am suffering the consequences of eating a burger from this place that has changed my whole year and life because now I’m on the waiting list to have surgery! Doctors agreed with me, so I don’t want to get into about my health. I’m just stating what has happened to me because of eating here that’s it.

My review for the burger is not high either it ranks amongst the lowest tasting I’ve had, but the fries tasted exactly how you’d expect, the only thing they did good aside from the human hair. 👎

Overall I don’t see anything positive in this place besides the fries but the hygiene part has let it down not that it makes a difference.

So take this review how you want, I don’t care about the owners response and I don’t care that you care about how I’m doing. 0.5 / 5 stars.👎 never...

I have tried their spaghetti and chicken, it was lovely!! And yesterday, went to the Eastern Creek branch, we aren’t from the Western part of Sydney, and also I haven’t tried everything on the menu aside from the chicken and spag, a friend just recommended that I try their soft serve Ice Cream. I went ahead and ordered yesterday at around 4pm I think. Then she couldn’t get what I wanted to order, I asked if they have a soft serve ice cream. Than after a few tries, she said “oh we only have the regular scooped Ice cream.” Then, yeah, I said that should be fine, maybe I was wrong and it wasn’t on their menu. What ticked me is when I asked for the available flavours, she then said, “You don’t know the ice cream flavours?” And the way she said it was like I was stupid. Hello? Not all Filos eat there on a regular basis, just so you know. So yes, I don’t know what Ice cream flavours you have, it’s not on my diary or list of “to know”. We went out of our way because it was recommended. Yeah, sometimes, no matter how “okay” a restaurant is, you still rate it by the overall experience. Some are just not meant to be in the counter, interacting with people. We weren’t trying to get a special treatment or anything here okay. Just don’t...
