Pretty convenient place in Newtown ! Small and prices are comparative to the ones in the city! Friendly workers too :) And has most of the general noodles and Asian drinks I like! And the "lap cheung" mmmh

Not too sure about the guy below. Though, I don't think they deserve 1 STAR just because they didn't open on time. They're usually very reasonable just be a bit more patient I suppose. They usually close pretty late (like till 9pm) which is awesome if you ever want to cook a late night Asian-infused dinnerrr! **AND DONT FORGET to checkout the reallyy cool knick-knacks that they sell in the veryyy back of the store!! I live around the corner from this place and come in all the time. I used to love it, a nice asian supermarket with a great range for such a small shop. The staff are lovely and I always like stopping in and seeing what's good.

Big downside is that has become extremely expensive in recent months - I don't know if this is down to COVID-19. But none of the other Asian supermarkets' prices are inflatnig so much.

I don’t like to give a poor review based on a single bad experience but this was pretty bad. I called and specifically asked if they had Kafir limes. I needed them for a recipe. The lady on the phone asked if I meant the leaves and I very clearly specified “no, Kafir Limes” she said, “oh, let me check the shelf” and after a second came back and said yes we have some left. I live in the south of Sydney and drove 45 minutes to the store. All they had were normal limes. I understand that mistakes happen but she even clarified with me what I was looking for.
