You want it early (you were probably hungry when you ordered,) you want it hot, and you want your dishes to be tasty - interesting and tasty if you're the adventuresome type. We got all of that at Charles Thai. I'd never had prawns with betel leaves before, and it was a gorgeous mouthful, savory and refreshing at the same time. My husband's lamb curry had a lovely big cinnamon stick in the sauce, and the meat was falling apart it was so tender (I know because I kept stealing it.) Went for dinner just before Xmas with my partner and two friends. We had to wait 30-50 mins for our friends and had a few entrees. All the entrees we had were amazing. The chicken spring rolls were delish but our faves were the twice cooked once steamed and then fried wings. They were so moist and delish.

All our mains were delish. The chef's special BBQ Beef with a green curry sauce. It was sensational. I can't wait to come back and try it again. A friend got the same meal once I picked it and everyone else had food envy.
