Placed Christmas order for 3kg jumbo prawns. My husband weighed them and there was only 2,5kgs of prawns. I drove all the way back to the shop because none of their phone numbers work. The manager told me it was impossible that his staff made a mistake. He argued with me. He eventually had his assistant give me half a kilo of large prawns which were valued at $38 kg whereas my order was valued at $50 kg. When I was leaving he pointed to my paper order and told his staff to remember my name. So rude. He does not have to worry about remembering my name because he will never get another Xmas order from me again. Nor will I buy any more fish from him either. I don’t like being accused of being deceptive. I went home and re-weighed the original order and there was only 2.4 kgs not 2.5kg. It could have been a different outcome had he not accused me of lying. Mind you we had just also spent $35 on the same day for Balmain bugs and raw prawns at his shop as we were picking up our deficient order. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me. ...

I purchased Fish Cocktails, Fish Cake, Potato Scallops, Battered Sav. It was absolutely disgusting, i live 5 (Five) minutes from Mac.Square by time i got home the bottom of the Dusposible dishes were ALL FULL. OF OIL. Could not eat it the food was actually swimming in oil. To top this off the Fish Cake was in Warming shelf near Register when the girl pickef it up out of shelp i noticed it was very burnt on bottom where it had been sitting in n tray. She took.it back then came and told me they were cooking a Fresh one. Well they did not they gave me back the burnt one. I was going there at least once a week, but after Todsy i'll never go there again. Food was.very oily and cold. Food was actually swimming in oil in the disposible trays they serve the food to customers. I would give them 2 stars for the young Girl on the Register As she was very pleasant. Cant say same for others As they especially one of cooks, she wears glasses she is Rude. NEVER. AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FOOD FROM MOBYS SEAFOOD...

I bought tiger prawn once in a very early morning. It was 28 dollars per kg. But the lady used her hand to pick up thr prawn without any gloves or bags （long and red polished nails). I had doubt at the moment but just let it go. Later after i paid, i saw another man also organizing the seafood without any cover on his hand. I huess that is the common practice. The worst part, he actually is picking the a lot of tiger prawn and chuck those from which i just got mine. Is that mean Thr tiger prawn i just paid should be chucked？？？？？？？？ Anyway, I let it go again. I came home right after and put the prawn in the freezer. Only took someout and boiled them in thr water while it is frozen. It was YUKY!! Not sweet and i feel poison after eating. Not just once but everytime i ate it. I am used eat prawn and i am used to buy it from Campbelltown mall seafood shop, so nice and fresh. Never had a problem. I didn't expect shops in Macathurs square would let me down so badly. I will never ever go to that shop...
