Dear owner I took my mum today for a trip to Macarthur square and we decided to take a break by your shop. Unfortunate to say that it was the worse experiance and ill never go there again. Today Saturday 27th of september around 1230 1pm It started while ordering at the cashier, try to order Burrito Bowl, to be told that they run out of rice, so i proceeded to 2 burgers, 1 fruit juice and a lemonade. The person attending forgot to give a table number. While waiting (already 10 minutes passed) my fruit juice arrive and person attending did ask if i was waiting for somenthing else i proceeded to tell her that i order 2 burgers fruit juice and sprite lemonade. We waited another 15 minutes i got up from my table and went to ask what was happening, the same girl told me that it was coming, then i proceeded to request for the sprite which i was waiting for and reminded the girl of my order, 2 burgers the fruit juice and the sprite, she assure me that it was all ok. Approx another 10 minutes later 1 burger arrived. I told the girl that i order 2 burgers a juice and a sprite, she returned a few mintes later saying that i only order 1.once again i repeated the order. Another 3-5 minutes later a guy come to the table and told me that they check the history and i only order one burger, at this point the fustration after repeating myself and confirm my order 4 times i was ask to pay for the second burger. Which i did. 10 minutes later it arrived. Dry bread, lettuce not washed and the waiter proceeded to walk away and not leave the fork and knife for me to be able to eat the meal. I have to call him back to leave the stuff on the table. He had it on his hands.
In summary, the worst experiance while other customer also getting their orders wrong, cold food and waiting for coffees. People have to stand up and follow up in their orders while stuff are 4 of them standing doing nothing. I asked for the manager but i was told that this young men was left in charge. Unfortunate i didnt get any names as they were unavailable to see.

Read moreI have tried ordering few wraps and large dish of salad before I had customer meeting and they confirmed they would be happy to do it and showed me the box and dish they would save me that I can pick up in an hour. When I returned they completely refused to serve me, I waited over 20 min to be assisted and needed to remind them I’m still waiting, then they refused to put wraps in the box that we agreed an hour before, then they brought dirty box that looked embarrassing and I said that’s not what you showed me before, then the manager completely flipped saying we can’t help you… that was 20 min before my meeting! I arrived there almost 2 hours earlier to make sure all be in order as it was very important meeting I was catering for and this was devastating experience. They caused me being late and needing to run to a different shop and try get that organised in no time. In nowadays world when everyone short of time and just trying to do their job they completely failed and i would never support this business again and would discourage others to shop there. Read moreBeing on the road often for work I find myself often eating at cafes . A couple of days ago I stopped at The Shed Cafe and ordered Bacon and eggs and a coffee. The coffee was warmish and the Bacon was cold and under cooked and the eggs not as requested,very over cooked . I left not eating my meal or drinking my coffee and had to go somewhere else . Not to mention that this cost almost $30 for 1 person. The man I believe may have been the owner/manger came across rude and seemed to be short with his staff ... I did not feel comfortable and did not mention my complaint at the time as he seemed like he wouldn't care. This is not a place I would recommend eating or working as the environment seemed tense.
