Yesterday, October 14th 2023. I went in to grab my usual coffee. The barrister barely said two words to me. She was just standing there waiting for me to say my order, looking confused (staff here are always so lovely). She asked with a straight face, if I would like to use my points towards coffee, I replied with a yes. She then continued to place the EFT machine in front of me without a single word, zero communication, while she walked off to make my coffee. As i looked over to the eft machine screen, I noticed she wanted me to pay the remaining amount of 90cents via Eft. I then said to her ill just pay the rest in cash. I left it there, as at this stage, I don't know what it was, but I've never been treated so rudely by any of the staff here, I was in uter shock. As I turned, I hear the "ting" of the coin been thrown on the bench! I said, "Wow"! No words for this human. At this stage, It was great start to my morning. Read moreLong time, loyal Customer here so review is completely biased but for the absolute best reasons. Yes, the quality of the food is top notch, sweets are delightful, the Panini’s are scrumptious and their salads make my belly do the happy belly dance. Not forgetting that the nectar of the gods (coffee) they procure is mood changing. Thanks, girls. I’ll no doubt...

As a result, I spent a long time trying to peel it all off, which destroyed my wrap. The wrap also had hardly anything inside, apart from schnitzel and excessive amounts of spinach. This wasn’t the fault of the staff, as it was probably procedure. But definitely didn’t expect to pay $8 to have half my wrap ripped off and...
