Oven Brothers Sydney — Local services in Sydney

I do not recommend Oven Brothers to anyone, I had Eric come out to clean my oven and he didn't even clean it properly. He left a mess everywhere in my kitchen and to top it off. When he unscrewed some parts in my oven, my oven stopped working.

I spoke with Pedro the owner and he assured me that he will have an electrician to come and have a look at my oven. I have called and left messages for for 3 weeks and have not received any responses from Pedro or Eric. They have completely ignored me and left me without a working oven for 3 weeks.

I had to call an electrician because I never heard from Pedro and I needed my oven to be fixed before Christmas. Pedro didn't even have the decency to return any of my calls or messages.

If I could give a zero rating, I would - I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this...

I booked 9am-10am. They arrived at 10.10am with no notice they were running late. While my oven is 10 times better, it’s not what I expected from a $200 clean. Seals still oily and the roof of the oven completely untouched. Not spotless like I have seen in other reviews. Probably a slightly better result if I used a $15 oven cleaning kit myself. He also left rubbish in my kitchen instead of asking where the bin was or instructing me to take out toxic waste. Eric did a good job cleaning the BBQ however he did not cover the floor prior to starting. Previous people have taken the dirty components downstairs to clean them so there’s never been any mess. However I had to spend half an hour scrubbing down the floor with jif to remove the charcoal and grease that was dotted everywhere. So..good job cleaning but you left the floor...
