Yesterday 5/10/24 I went for shopping at Radhey Blacktown and purchased Brooke Bond Red label tea. The product was labelled $14.99 at the shelf. When came to the counter to pay. It got charged $17.99. After checking my bill. I reported to the same counter lady. She walked with me to the shelf to check and told me that there is No correct label for this product. As there was No labelling for the product I bought. I dispute with her for the money charged to me. At this she walked away and start attending other customers and left me unattended. I asked for manager and discuss with him. He agreed to the problem when showed him the product on the rack and No labelling of product. He didn't want to do anything and left me there. When asked his name and he refused to give me. I took pictures of the shelf with product and left the shop as couldn't found any resolution. I am going to lodge complaint with fair trading and escalate the matter with ACCC. I told manager that he is trading in Australia and needs to adhere with consumers code of conduct. But manager didn't show any respect or responsibility. Request to all customers to please check the prices of the items you purchase. Read moreI went to Radhe shop today, bought some kitchen stuff and ask them for 1 glass sugarcane juice. But when I noticed that sugarcane juice machine was too dirty and I asked them to please clean it before making the juice. Their staff was friendly and started cleaning the machine but their manager came and said it’s not our job and asked staff to to leave the cleaning. He was too rude to me and their staff as well. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers and to staff as well. He even sent other staff to me and said get that juice free of cost but leave the cleaning as it is taking us too long to clean the machine as it was not cleaned from long time. This was rude. Really. I even asked them if you do clean the machine on regular basis it won’t take that time and their reply was , we are too busy here, we don’t have time to clean it. This shop make $100000 a month or week he said and we are too busy. Man, if you make that much a week or month, get 1 more staff to do proper cleaning as we here for healthy juice not to buy gross. And change your manager man, if he doesn’t know how to talk to customers and staff, he don’t deserve that position. I feel sorry for their staff who works...

Today your lady staff came after me and asked me to make payment at counter 22. We were 3 people and one of us was still at the table. I got up to used the washroom which is located outside the restaurant. We have came here many times and after we finish payment is made at the counter. Is a shame that your staff chases customer outside to ask payment when they actual went to use washroom and none of us held left your location. The way she behaved as if she wanted me to make payment for my my food separate then the people accompanying me If you had worries of default the please ask payment first at the counter then serve food. The was so rude that u chased me when I was outside the restaurant going to use washroom. This is not the first time that we have came to your restaurant.
