; The meal I ordered was served more than 30 minutes late. Upon cutting into the steak, I immediately informed the waitress that it was not cooked as requested. She assured me she would notify the kitchen, yet at no point was I offered a replacement or any alternative. I waited an additional five minutes of my one-hour lunch break without receiving any update.

Consequently, I ate the salad and chips but had to leave the steak untouched. When settling the bill, I was asked whether I had eaten the meal. I explained that I had consumed everything except the main dish. Still, no adjustment or compensation was offered.

I find it unacceptable for a customer to be disregarded and misled in this manner. This experience not only wasted my limited lunch break but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Such treatment is far below the standards one would reasonably expect.

I request that you review this incident seriously and provide an appropriate response. Without meaningful action, I cannot consider returning to your restaurant, nor can I recommend it to others.

We came here today for my daughter's birthday lunch. Volcano's Blacktown is her all-time favourite restaurant to go to. We have been here numerous times, and every time we visit, we always leave the restaurant happy with the food, the staff, and the service we receive. The food is all incredible, and the staff are always polite, friendly, helpful, and always make sure you are enjoying your meal. Today was a special visit to the restaurant being my daughter's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had a wonderful birthday lunch. Most of the staff wished her a happy birthday, and I must give a special mention to Brian and JC for the service they gave my family today. Brian and JC went above and beyond today to give my daughter the best birthday lunch she could have imagined. At the end of the meal, Brian and two other staff members brought my daughter a serving of ice cream with a lit sparkler in the top and proceeded to sing her a happy birthday song as the sparkler burned brightly, completely lighting up her day on top of the wonderful meal she already had. We visited Volcano's Steakhouse for an office lunch, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome by the staff set the tone for an exceptional experience. The ambience was vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal.

We started with a delightful spread of appetizers, including garlic bread, a bruschetta platter, lava chicken wings, and salt-and-pepper squid. The standout was the salt-and-pepper squid – bursting with flavours and cooked to perfection.

For mains, we indulged in a variety of steaks, from Tomahawk and T-bone to Wagyu Scotch fillet and sirloin. The Wagyu stole the show – tender, juicy, and absolutely divine. Each dish was cooked to our exact preferences from medium rare to well done, showcasing the chefs' expertise.

The staff were attentive and cheerful, consistently checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed, including refreshing our drinks.
