I love to do shopping here but today(14/10/2023) i got disappointed by there customer service,, I was there around 2:30 and there was a young short girl on the counter she was sooo rude.. I showed her my membership card and she responded so rudely by saying tell me last digits and I started telling her 061... and than she was like tell me after the 0.. like what mam just use your common sense and ignore the 0 fill the rest number in system.. I started telling her number after the 0 and she started making faces because she didnt understand .. I repeated the number again she was like is there a 6 too?? Omg mam if m saying 61... than there is 6 for sure .. during the whole conversation she was so rude and she was making faces and rolling her eyes and than I repeated my number again digit by digit so that she can understand... I wanted to tell her to learn some customer service skills but didnt say any thing because she ruined my day but I didnt want to ruin her day .. i paid and was still there i didnt even pickup my stuff from there and she called next customer ... like mam You want them to push us ? Atleast let us pickup our stuff first.. m sooo disappointed .. mam dont just work for money.. work for the thing that u are getting...

Previously, I frequented West Side Shopping but often struggled to find parking. However, this place provides ample parking space, a welcome convenience. Additionally, it stocks essentials like milk and bread, reducing the need for additional trips for those in the Blacktown area and beyond.

I am glad I had the opportunity to visit this store today. The store is amazingly well organized. Most importantly, the fruits and vegetables were absolutely fresh. This store definitely outbeats some of the other vegetable grocers that I have been to in the past where the fruits and veggies are literally dumped into the section without being bothered to neatly organize them! I was delighted to see how neat and clean this store is. The highlight for me was the Indian fenugreek leaves. For the very first time, I found these so clean and mud free. I also found it convenient to buy the rest of Indian groceries here which enables me to classify this place as a “One stop shop”. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.
