@Thai Spice — Restaurant in Sydney

I’m really disappointed with the service today. I have often gone to this place for the previous five years. I just ordered on door dash because of first user discounts, and I waited 50 minutes before my order was canceled. A call from the restaurant explaining the issue or an earlier cancellation would have been nice, however I was not treated with the decency. I’m still unsure to why they canceled my order.

Also, the other comments about the serving sizes are correct. Pad See Ew used to come in a large circle container for an extremely cheap price. Only recently (within the year?) it has been reduced to the regular, cheap, rectangular containers and the bargain now replaced with an expensive price tag.

This was located inside the seven hills plaza in the foodcourt area. They have a lot of vegan options. The person at the counter was really courteous and checked for us if the sauces used were vegan too, so that was all sorted out and the staff was really very helpful. We ordered vegan Panang Curry with tofu and it also came with rice. All included was it costed & 12 and then we ordered vegan Pad khee Mao with tofu and vegetables and costed $12. Both the dishes were very filling. The only problem with this place was the presentation. Felt like a takeaway joint rather than a restaurant. The fact that this place is vegan friendly and also has great taste has my heart on. They even asked for the spice level. Overall...

@Thai Spice is our go to fast food and doordash place! Have been a customer for at least a few years now and have never been disappointed. The food is always top quality and prices are extremely affordable compared to other restaurants! The only thing I wish is that they were open more often, so I don't ever have to order from other places haha! But completely understand they would also need well deserve rests!
