I am a regular customer that comes to tony francis all the time The quality of the meat has never dissapointed, but however i went in with my partner yesturday and ordered purchased over $350 worth of meat for christmas I was discusted at the customer service i received when i got home i relised i had meat missing 1 kilo of kafta on the skewers and 1 in half kilos of laham mashtwie. By the time i relised this was too late and they were closed so my partner and my mother called in the morning to explain what had happened we were told to come in with the receipt and see what they could do so my partner went in to be told that no meat was left here and that was it. I called myself and was answered from a woman that accussed me of being rude and that she had never experienced a rude customer like this and repeatly told me to stop swearing which i wasnt but i was yelling at her In my deffence why tell your customers to come in with a receipt and see what can be done when only we were slapped in the face to say there was no meat left here and nothing can be done I then asked then i would like to see a footage of where my meat was gone not only did the woman pass the phone to someone else a man that was more rude by trying to shut the situation down by not offering a refund of some kind of agreement or to try to solve the problem he hung up on me i am discusted at the way this was handled Not only did i feel i was lying i felt my loyalty to Tony francis was not encounted for I would not be coming back to thid place and ill make sure anyone that asks me where is a good place to buy they will deffently not be my first choice Advice for all that buys make sure you have all your meat before leaving and to make sure you have not been...

I said I was happy to pay for the meat today and come pick it up tomorrow but still did not take the order. He said come the next day and if there is meat available you can buy it.
