Recently, my family went to see a movie at the cinema and one of us ordered and PAID for a large 7-UP and was given mineral water. When we went to change it politely and ask for something else, the girl at the counter simply told them to "move along" and didn't address the situation or the mistake at all. Terrible experience. My daughter and her friends went to the Spiderman across the spiderverse movie on the 6th July. The movie lost sound halfway through and they were only offered a free chocolate. You would hope they would be given a ticket refund so they could return to watch the movie when the sound works. Please consider refunding cinema users when your facilities do not...
