Burgers on Parade — Restaurant in Sydney

I come to burgers on parade during my shift at work usually on the weekend. I only bought chips for ages and finally after almost 2 years I finally bought a burger.

Not only are they're chips on the better side, the chicken burger with cheese, lettuce, French sour dough and chilli mayo blew my tastebuds into the abyss. On top of that it was only 40c more than a whopper with cheese, but absolutely annihilates the whopper for taste, texture and quality.

Also the service and atmosphere is amazing, everytime I go there I always have a chat with Daniel or his father and they are very friendly people, containing more food preparation and cooking experience than Uncle Roger himself. Paid $19 80 for a a steak sandwich Combo. The steak was better quality than your usual burger place. But I would expect that for the price. The chips are the larger cut which I prefer but was disappointed that they were under cooked and did not have that really crispy texture. I wanted to know if I could change my combo from a can to a coffee. Apparently not. even when I said I would pay a couple of dollars more. my gf and i were otw to palm beach and decided to stop by this place and under the server’s recommendation, decided to order the chilli porto and the big parade.

it was absolute delicious, the perfect amount of spiciness to get rid of any feelings of greasiness from the juicy patty on the chilli porto!

the buns perfectly complimented both the burgers perfectly, soaking up all the leaked out juices, leaving none to waste.
