Inside Winthrop Village they is an IGA for your grocery needs. 2 coffee shops and a phamarcy. For lunches I would go for Korean/Japanese food at minglee or Winthrop Chinese for their $11.50 lunch specials. They is also a bottle shop at the rear part of Winthrop Village, along with kebab and jesters. While waiting for food you could do some shopping at the Chinese grocers/look at house for sale or get your hair done. Overall they is a nice collection of shops at Winthrop Village that can cater for your everyday needs.

The merit of the whole place is the numerous eating places that can cater for different types of food for different tastes and preferences. In addition, there is an oriental shop supplying Asian gourmet ingredients & products for some Asian cooking.

An up-market shopping centre, feel you are with people from Subiaco. The young people serving have respect and politeness for custmers. The IGA has items not usually offerred at IGAs: more expensive and specialist culinary items, specialised cheese and nibbles, more medical items gluteen free for example. It is a small shopping centre, but has basics Jester's, Turkish Food, a Liquor Store (once again up market with an extended range of expensive liquor), a Chemist, a Coffee Shop, a Brumbies Bread store, a hairdressor and Real Estate, a News Agent and a good Chinese food cafe. Parking is good, access is good. The main downfall is its size, but it is a local shopping centre. Toilets are out the back...
