Not to mention being ripped off by paying 87 cents as a card surcharge on a $11 dollar meal. Think you need to check the rules on surcharge fees. If you or your workers can't understand australian law then that is a problem. Alot needs to change. Place used to be good but as of recently I wouldn't even use their food as cockroach bait. Train your staff. Everything in your shop that can be ordered takes 8 minutes maximum to cook. Will never return and will make sure others do not either. Read moreOrdered lunch on Deliveroo and it was by far the worst meal I’ve had in 2021. We ordered multiple items and everything was inedible. Baklava was stale like cardboard and tasted like old oil. Gravy was flavourless and had the consistency of water. Chicken schnitzel was dry and overcooked. Vegetables seemed to be cooked from frozen, they had no flavour and oil literally poured out of them when we put them on our forks. Chips were undercooked and soggy. After a few bites, everything went in the bin and we had to order lunch again from somewhere else. Read moreSunday 26th March lunchtime Shop not overly busy. Bought half a chicken , large chips and gravy. Not only did they forget our order , But I’ve seen sparrows bigger than the chicken we got. ( yes I’m aware it was a half ) The large chips left a lot to be desired. Large hahaha maybe a swollen small , Chips themselves soggy apparently they had salt on it. I struggled to find it Then the gravy solidified into one piece we had to cut it to put it on each chip All for $22 What a bloody joke Thank god for air fryers as we finished cooking the chips and I made my own gravy.
