My daughter is an NRMA customer, she is buying a new car. She has been on hold to NRMA for a long time trying to sort out car insurance. She then tried calling the Woonona office direct without luck. I went to the Woonona office asking them to call my daughter to arrange insurance. I was told they will not call someone who hasn't contacted them. Read moreMouthy and full of attitude over the phone, never have a solution or answer to your question and everything is 'Your fault' even if its from their end (example, not taking money from account and then emailing saying you missed payment, resulting in going in store to make payment). Switched to suncorp and have had nothing but good things to say (and a much better price/service) compared to my experience with Nrma and nrma Woonona. All except one lovely lady who works there who is always lovely and welcoming, I would not recommend...
