Buddy Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

I placed an order through their website to pick up at 5.15pm (my selected time slot). I got to the restaurant to be advised they didn't have my order as their website doesn't take orders any more. I explained they have taken $67 out of my account. They said we will take your order again & the refund will go through in 5-10 business days. Then they tried to charge me again instead of offering me the meals for free. When I explained I don't have another $67 to pay for dinner nor should I have to they then advised we'll give you your meals tonight & we'll get your refund from the website instead of you. This all took 25mins to get to this conclusion whilst I had hungry children in the car. I am a business owner & of there is an issue with OUR system in no way is this a problem for the customer.
