Nothing but excuses, We were told Saturday nights are just busy its just the v way it is, so honestly don't book for a Saturday night..... We booked and arrived for my daughter's birthday for 6:30pm on one Saturday night. We had an 18mth old and kids with us. We sat for an hour with no service or staff contact, its 7:40pm. I went to the counter and grabbed one of the staff to simply order. And she was lovely and apologised for our wait. Our table finally ordered. 8:15pm we receive 1 complimentary garlic bread that was suppose to feed 13 people, which didn't. After upset kids and watching 2 other tables whom turned up after us, fed before us, 8:30pm and a staff member chatted to me explaining its a busy night, it's just the way it is. After i raised that 2 other tables are eating before us after turning up after us i was advised that they just ordered pizzas and we had ordered pizzas and kitchen orders so the other tables were easy. I commented, oh ok so its just miss management then????? To be told, NO, im trying to apologise and you're not listening. Not once was sorry said to me or anyone on our table. My husband went outside to the kebab van and ordered food and came in with it and ate it before we were served. Not to mention getting the birthday girls order wrong and having to wait again. My hubby and i have gotten takeaway heaps of times and love the food and that's why we chose to have my daughter's birthday there..... but never again, it was ridiculous and the service was disgusting and highly...

We dined here for the first time on Friday 24 March. We had the veal parmigiana and the veal scallopini. Both dishes were delicious. The meat was tender and full of flavour, the salads were fresh and crisp and the chips were something else. Never have we had chipped potatoes so tasty or cooked that way. The coffee was also fabulous.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and very efficient. Service was top notch. This place is definitely on the top of our future dining list. Well done and thank you!

I would like to add that I dined here again on 14/9/24. Once more, the food and service was great. My criticism is aimed at a table full of teenagers who screeched and shouted for well over an hour. Their behaviour revolved around their phones, sending and receiving messages and photos and screeching at responses. We were a table of 4 and were unable to have a conversation. The noise obviously exceeded 85 decibels and raised my tinnitus to unbearable levels. I hope someone from that group reads this, passes it on and is then able to demonstrate more consideration for others next time. Our evening was ruined. I also hope that management is able to put things in place so that all customers understand the need to be courteous to...

So 20 minutes in they took our order. A long time goes past and no drinks but 1 of 2 entrees arrive. My partner finishes his entree and my garlic bread finally turns up. Well that’s what they called it…. It was not! It was a buttered price of Turkish bread. 10 minutes later she takes the plates and asks if we would like anything else. I replied how about mains…. Before getting the chance to ask about our drinks she disappeared. It’s now 25 minutes after entree and nothing. 1 hour and 10 minutes in. No drinks, 1 ok entree and 1 pathetic excuse for garlic bread. The mains come out and what a disgrace. After trying to finish our awful meals she apologises they missed the drinks. Oh and messed up the ingredients on 1 pizza… never again not worth 1star.. After complaining she took 1 pizza of the bill & the drinks that...
