Frituur Banu🍟 — Local services in Antwerp

I went to get some fries with some friends and asked if the oil was vegetable oil, the cashier was nice and friendly and said that it wasn't, then the guy behind said that it's plant oil. So I ordered and asked for bbq sauce, while he was putting the bbq sauce I wondered if there was eggs or dairy so quickly asked and he looked at the ingredients and said there isn't any of them. I double checked once outside because it seemed weird, I found that it does contain eggs. I go back and tell them kindly that it contain eggs, a third guy starts to get angry and says that they cannot know what is in what they sell (all sauces in this restaurant have the ingredients written on the bottles, I could see them). They agree to give me some ketchup but their attitude was very disrespectful. Then when we went to eat the fries with my friends we smelled a very strong smell of animal fat in the fries, my friends told me it's probably animal fat as they are used to eating such fries. In Berchem is dit een van de slechtere frituren. Stoofvlees was uit pakjes en niet vers, frieten waren allemaal kleine stompjes (het laatste van de zak frieten). Ook is de hoeveelheid friet behoorlijk weinig. Algemene kwaliteit van het eten was ondermaats, minder lekker dan bij concurrenten. De bediening was eigenlijk het slechtste van allemaal: bestelling was niet correct. Twee keer moeten teruggaan om saus en vleesjes te gaan vragen die ze vergeten waren. Het was duidelijk tegen hun zin, veel gezucht van personeel. De saus hebben we zelfs nooit gekregen. Deze attitude naar klanten tonen is onprofessioneel. Ze waren heel respectloos tegenover mijn vrouw terwijl hier geen aanleiding voor was, vrouw-onvriendelijk. Zelf wou ik weggaan zonder te betalen. Helaas stond men vrouw erop dat we toch gingen betalen. Hier komen we nooit meer terug zelfs al was het gratis.
