Absolute fiasco. If you pay on the day, you are treated like a second-rate citizen. They force you to wait until every single person with a reservation has boarded the bus before even allowing you to join the main queue. Even worse, they make no mention of this exploitative tiered system before you purchase.
We waited over an hour for a bus to arrive, and every time we asked what was happening, we were blatantly lied to and told that two buses would arrive in 15 minutes, but they never showed up. After this infuriating wait, we decided to take a public tram, which cost only €5 for a return trip to Blankenberg. It was a lovely day, but it's outrageous that we wasted over an hour in a pointless queue due to this company's incompetence and deceit.
This company's treatment of customers is beyond disgraceful and outright deceptive. Their customer service is a joke, their communication is non-existent, and their entire operation is a scam. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this pathetic excuse for a service provider like the plague. They don't deserve a single cent of your money or a minute of your time.
No doubt they will lay blame with the cruise company because they are unable to take responsibility and accountability for their...
Read moreVery poor experience, although the trip to Brugge was fine the return trip was a nightmare, the first return coach was scheduled for 3.30 we arrived 15 minutes early to no coach in the location we were dropped off and no que of people. Due to the torential rain we found some shelter and after 10 mins noticed people getting on a coach at the other end of the car park and the rep from the shuttle company (no sign or indication that this was our bus) upon approaching he told us the bus was full (had it been sign posted we could of got on when we originally arrived) and the next one would arrive in 25 minutes. To ensure you got a place on the next bus you had to stand in a line in the soaking rain and cold uncovered at the side of the car park the bus was then delayed and took around 40 mins, leaving a lot of people soaked including my 73 year old grandma who felt very unwell after this. This company needs to clearly sign post the coaches and either provide a sheltered area to wait for the return bus or operate a system of booking your slot on a return bus to avoid people being left in a similar situation that we were which to be frank was disgusting...
Read moreHorrid experience. Arrived on anthem of the seas and boarded a bus immediately that had no A/C on a muggy 76* (24*c) morning. A 38-minute trip later (that the ticket says 20), we all exited gasping for cooler air. At least it was a 100-person coach.
We were assured they had 3-6 busses in rotation.
On the return trip, the last bus time on their signs was 1630. We arrived comfortably at 1535, with a small 30-person bus being loaded. Figuring this was one of the 3 for 1530, we waited patiently until 1605 when we were told the one 30-person bus was the 1600 bus. The representatives said, "3 more should be here in 5-10 minutes." This went on until 1640 when a bus finally showed up. After an hour of standing in a parking lot with blistering sun and no shade.
This 100 bus coach luckily had A/C. However, the bus driver proceeded to use Google maps to our terminal. Taking us to the draw bridges, where luckily only 1 was closed, and having to turn around.
Avoid using this company at all costs. Reviews from the past several months are accurate. This place is trying...
