The New Sofia Pub Crawl — Local services in Sofia City

One of the best pub crawls I’ve ever been on. I almost didn’t join because I was disappointed with the size (there were six of us total plus two guides, but it was a Wednesday) but I ended up having an amazing time. We went to bars that I quite literally NEVER would have found on my own and a number of beverages were included, including a few traditional Bulgarian shots. The bars we went to were also chosen based on what the group wanted so we got to go to one that had great live music! I appreciated that the guides gave a bit of interesting history of some of the bars unlike pub crawls where the sole focus is getting hammered. The guides were also good at making conversation and making sure everyone was having a good time. Thank you Filip and Galena for a great night and I’ll see you next time I’m in Sofia!

My partner and I had such an amazing time on this pub crawl! We had overindulged the night before so weren’t sure if we should still go but I am so glad we did.

Our guides Toto and Jan were incredibly friendly and knowledgable - we had a number of conversations with them about music, culture and our home city London. They really looked after us and made sure everyone in the group was happy, which wasn’t easy as there were around 40 there on the night.

The mix of bars/clubs was also very good and you can tell the organisers try to make sure there is a venue to suit everybody - from a rock bar to a rap club and a really impressive techno spot.

We would definitely recommend this for solo travellers, partners and groups - by the end we were all friends. Jan and Toto you guys are awesome,...

I have to start by saying that our tour guide, Mirela, was so awesome. I joined this tour after the start time, and she had tips for joining the tour and getting a ticket in spite of my last-minute indecisiveness.

The New Sofia Pub Crawl has to be the best pub crawl I've done in a while. The pub crawl wasn't just about drinking, it was a conversation about Bulgaria and the world around several drinks. Plus we were able to fit in some very fun karaoke and several rounds of competitive shuffleboard.

Everyone on the tour felt like old friends after about 30 minutes. We ended off the night at a night club, which was an excellent way to dance off all of the walking and drinking.
