C-Store សុីស្តរ — Local services in Khan Mean Chey

Messaged on FB to check if the item on their FB page is available for viewing in their store. They said it was and when I got there, the sales lady told me this item does not have a display model. I asked her why someone on FB messenger told me I could see it and she just looked at me lost. Then proceeds to tell me I could just order it and buy. The drive was very far for me and the shop has wasted my time. Why would I come to the shop if it wasn't specifically to look at the furniture. When I enquired on Messenger why they lied, they just left me on read. Seems like it is a ruse to get customers to just come to the store and buy something else instead. Terrible...

Service very bad. Asked if they had the product on display and can we come view it before we buy it and they said yes. When we got there one lady came to help us but then said wait and walked away. We waited for 10-15min and she didn't come back when we went down stairs she was helping other people in the store. Communication is very bad and no effort to help a customer . Best of all the products that we went to view they didn't have on display so we drove all the way there...

Made orders for office supplies for my company and C-Store staff informed that it’ll be 2 weeks until we get it. It’s more than 4 weeks as I write this now, and we still have to wait for it. My team have been sitting on the floors to work for all this time, and we have to keep chat and call C-Store to follow up for our supplies. What a customer service...
