I use to live in Langley and order form the location out there and was never disappointed. When I heard this location was the same owners I was unbelievably excited. Ordered from them last night only to be thoroughly disappointed. The pizza was fine until we found tinfoil in a slice that my husband ended up chewing on. We called to inform them and complain and all they did was try to place the blame on us. After 45 minutes and two phone calls they finally agreed to refund our money. When the guy came to give us our refund however he tried to intimidate my husband into taking a pizza instead of the cash. Ten minutes later the guy gave up and handed the money over. Then an hour later they called us back to try and place more blame on us because we ordered dips that had tin foil wrappers. Ughh. Absolutely will not order from them in the future, not because the pizza was bad but because their customer service...

Ordered 2 veggie and 1 cheese pizza. But went there to pick up and came home and realized that they messed up the cheese pizza for kids. It was a ham and pineapple or cheese something pizza. Informed them about the mess up and the girl on phone put on hold and told me to comeback and have it exchanged but it’s their mistake why would I go there. Afterwards the girl on phone says delivery will be after an hour and that’s how they fix the mistake. Kids starving and us guys being strict Punjabi vegetarian it’s a big issue being into this ham/meat situation.I don’t know how can these guys be still in business. 6:46 pm we ordered and 8:16pm we got the cheese pizza eventually. Can’t even give them a star or anything. P.S. Other two pizzas were terrible as well. Never gonna order...

Ordered last night, after 2 hours called because they still weren't there. They told me they were there an hour ago and called multiple times - They asked if my phone number was correct and gave me the first 3 numbers right but the last 4 were completely wrong. I live in a condo, my unit number was on there, they could have buzzed, but instead phoned the wrong number "over and over" according to them and then left. They said I gave them that number, the number I've had for 10 years, apparently I forgot what it was and gave them gibberish. Really liked the food before, completely baffled at the lack of customer service and they didn't want to bring it out once they had the right number. Will...
