I had bought from here couple of times since it’s nearby house but never checked the review ,later Checked the review and saw the bad reviews and stopped going there but today due to the circumstances again I visited this time I thought to check . we selected a veal my husband was inside the store and I came outside and looking at them where they cut the pieces, we have mentioned don’t remove the fat.Still the guy was cutting chuck pieces of fat along with meat and throwing it in the bin nearby.I can literally say that they might have at least took 1-2 lbs from my order itself .So I came inside and told don’t remove fat we need the portions that u removed he said yes .but he didn’t put that back and we even while paying we said the same and he casually told “oh that might be a miss communication “ moved on with other customer. I was their regular customer since last time I went. I ordered chicken (mince and moved for kebabs, which has spices added in it) and chicken breasts (5) and all of that gone bad with very bad smell in a day while I came home directly and put it in the fridge before cooking! I thought I might be late no worries, I again went in couple of weeks and orders minced chicken both types again in small quantities for the day- I like 4 km away, so after 18 minutes I reach home and when at about 5pm I took it out of fridge again to make kebabs- again- all gone bad! I stopped buying meat from them since few months because they used to cheat now I gave them another chance and another chance sometimes due to my convenience because I shop at the grocery store next to them but I have to swear again never to buy from them because my husband give them order then we go to buy Indian groceries many time we notice they change got legs whatever they show .when we open the meat at home it’s totally different with smell and very hard meat we spent 250$300$ at a time but very bad experience all the time. once I returned meat but it’s up to us why we give them chances they don’t care if customs is not happy and customer is not returning back well please please please people don’t go their at lest teach them a lesson ...
