Bestway Food Market Pakistani & Indian Grocery Store — Local services in Brampton

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I felt the need to share my experience with this shop. Unfortunately, the store was sold a few years ago, and the new owners have increased prices on everything compared to other desi grocery stores.

Another issue is that they charge 5 cents per plastic bag, no matter how much you spend—even if you buy $100 worth of groceries. Two days ago, I went there to pick up a few things, and the cashier asked if I needed a bag, mentioning the 5-cent charge. I declined. No other desi grocery stores charge for plastic bags—you can go anywhere, and they provide them for free.

The previous owner never charged for bags and even gave free items for purchases over $50. On top of that, the current staff has a rude attitude—no one greets customers or acknowledges them. I used to shop there regularly, spending over $100 per visit, but I’ve stopped going because of their poor customer service. I wonder how many loyal customers they’ve already lost—just...

I recently visited Bestway Food market and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store boasts a clean, well-organized layout that made shopping a breeze. The fresh produce section was particularly noteworthy, offering a vibrant selection of fruits and vegetables especially Mangoes, that were both high-quality and reasonably priced.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with any questions I had. Checkout was quick and efficient, which is always a plus. I also appreciated the variety of products available, from gourmet items to everyday essentials, catering to a wide range of needs and preferences.

Overall, the store exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, service, and value. I’ll definitely be making it my go-to grocery store from Mississauga location now on. Highly...

Very fresh mangoes from outside and when I cut the fresh-EST mangoes it was all rotten and black from inside. These 6 medium size mangoes were 39 dollars for 3kgs box but in reality it was 2kgs upon checking at home. I went back to return them, they returned me money by saying you are only customer who has made a complain instead of appologizing that I travelled 20 mins one way just to return them. This is a good store but I am really disappointed with the quality control and check, this is the second instance of poor quality before that they sold expired LAZEEZA jelly boxes as well.
