This place appeared clean and the ambience is above average. The music was a bit loud to our liking. Overall, I would rate it slightly below 4 stars. Now regarding the food. We were a family of 4 and we had:
The butter chicken was a bit different from the taste we normally are used to at most restaurants. However the gravy was tasty. The only complaint was that the chicken pieces were fewer than expected. Will order again.
The Mutton Do Pyaza was a big letdown. One spice stood out and it tasted totally different from any mutton do pyaza I’ve had elsewhere. Wouldn’t order again.
Shahi paneer was good, although the paneer pieces were few.
Butter nan was okay, while the garlic nan was really good, although expensive.
Speed of service - slightly below 4; we were the only party there and they took their time, but no complaints. Staff courtesy and friendliness- 4 stars Value for money - good Portions- on the smaller side.
Bottom line. This restaurant dishes out pretty decent fare at reasonable rates, may be a tad on the expensive side. But for the 4 of us the bill came at under $20 per person and I’m not complaining.
I would visit this...
Read moreRecently I visited this restaurant with two of my friends i.e Dec 8th 2019. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani & Two Naans. Dal Makhani & Naans were great but my complaint was with Chicken Tikka Masala. First of all when you say Chicken Tikka it has to be broiled and than added to gravy. Chicken what we got wasn't broiled or boiled, it was raw. Most probably when we placed the order that's when the chef cooked it in hurry compromising the quality of food. To avoid foodborne illness we avoided eating it. I tore the chicken pieces apart & showed it to the server that chicken is raw, she apologized and said let me check with the chef. Another lady comes outside probably a manager and I showed her what the problem was. I complimented them on the taste of gravy but what they wanted to offer was getting another chicken tikka masala for us. I mean why will I risk eating the same thing when in first place it wasn't good. I said no thank you as we were done eating. What made me write this brief review was why would you add the dish to bill which was inedible & when we declined the replacement you could've offered us something else or at-least a dessert to cover your mistake. I said nothing and paid the bill coz this happens in most of Indian restaurants in Brampton where they don't care much for customer...

We try to explain to a front guy about the issue he was starting arguing about it like if you to other restaurant you wont find this kind of quality we have a good there is nothing wrong in it.
He is not ready to accept restaurant fault and keep arguing we tell him that we have a guest waiting for food still he is not ready to accept it.
When we enter in a restaurant there is no customer for dinning its obvious no with this kind of service who want to waste their money for such kind of restaurant
You are running a restaurant in a very high competition market with this kind of service seems like they don’t care about their business they just open it for timepass
When we ask him that you can give us a replacement with proper changes he said we cant this is only we have.
I don't know what kind of customer service they are giving in a food industry.
Change quality and change attitude - combination of good...
