Dairy Queen (Treat) — Local services in Brampton

Awful....awful place to work. I went to DQ on Chinguacousy and Sandalwood in Brampton Ontario yesterday evening on Christmas Eve, and the store had no heat. The employees were shivering as the store was freezing. The temperature inside the store was almost the same as outside. Both the employees were so nice and professional, still smiling and working to the best of their abilities in such frigid conditions. Shame on the owners who are so ruthless to keep their store open in such cold weather without heat in the store. These are horrible working conditions and should be reported to the labor board. We all are in the spirit of giving during Christmas, and to see these kids working in such treacherous conditions, my heart goes out to these two working at DQ yesterday. The management of the store was perhaps enjoying Christmas dinners while the employees were freezing to the bones. You don't even deserve one star. I'll try to reach the head office of DQ to complain about these conditions at this store.....just heads up! So...

I have been here many times and every time had to settle for vanilla ice cream! I knew something was up, but still thought they wouldn't lie about ice cream, right? Na man there whole staff is in on the gag they don't carry chocolate, why I don't know but they don't have it EVER!!! And there willing to go to messed up extremes to cover that fact up... is it because the chocolate is more expensive?? Is it harder to get? What is it??? Don't believe me? Ask for it when your there next!! The only reason I'm offended is because the owner is willing to play with the good nature of unsuspecting people! If they tell u they ran out u believe them, but if they tell u they don't have it at all, we'll u might go somewhere else next time.... sick!!! Be honest and don't lie to your customers like there idiots, when they do find out they will post things...

Portions are consistently less than other locations. I understand that the price of the items go up to subsidize overhead, rent, wages, etc but I am telling you these portions are unreasonably small. Eighty cents for an extra scoop of lackluster peanuts - save your money, go to McDonalds where peanuts are unlimited and the price matches the item you are receiving. Managers are useless at best - unavailable at worst. Ordered a cake and it was not made, they offered me half price and a 1.5 hour wait time to come back and receive it. The inside of the cake was 1/4 chocolate and 3/4 vanilla when the portions should be half and half. Cleanliness is never at par - bodily odour runs rampant at this location among some of the members of management and some employees. Tables are never clean, store also has an unpleasant odour. AVOID THIS LOCATION...
