Absolutely worst customer service. They are outright liars especially the young lady at the counter. Didn't get her name. Never ever going there again.

Ordered Channa samosa and they have clearly mentioned in the menu that the price is $3.5, however they charged $7 in the bill. First, I thought it was a genuine mistake as they might have taken charge for it 2 times. When I asked the lady at the counter, she just replied that the prices have changed and they didn't change the menu.

They have even entered the item in the bill as just miscellaneous, how convenient. Just by putting miscellaneous they can charge whatever they want and say prices have changed.

It's not the matter of the $3.5, it's just how unapologetic they were in owning up to their scamming. They didn't even bother returning the money. It's ok, they can keep it as tips for their pathetic service.

I had really bad experience with this restaurant, I ordered multiple times from this restaurant, Today 1 August 2021 at 4:00 pm I went to the restaurant . I ordered 7 samosa , 1 pound Besan, half pound Gulabjamun . When I ordered I was only one at the restaurant after me multiple people came to the restaurant. Some of them also ordered for samosa’s . The girl at front counter treated everyone apart from me after almost 25 mins I asked about my order to the girl and she tried to make my order ready. But the other front counter girl stopped her and that girl told me we don’t have enough samosa’s for your order . I felt very bad and asked them why did you asked me to wait if you didn’t had enough samosas. I came back frustrated and wrote my experience.
