worst location, ordered $50 worth of food for the burrito bowls not to be even filled, and the fish burrito had no fish, just rice and beans. we were so hungry after waiting for our uber eats order, we had to eat it anyways, called the store 5 times and they never picked up once. Horrible customer service , do not recommend.
Update to the response of the owner as it won’t let me reply.. first and foremost, talking about “dare to tell the truth”. Am I suppose to take this as some sort of threat?If you guys did your job to begin with I wouldn’t have to write a review. Secondly, the fact that I had to come into your store after trying to get a hold you guys after calling 3-5 times but was unable to do so. Thirdly, I paid extra fees to get my order delivered to my house through uber eats for a reason and paid extra fees because we clearly were busy and couldn’t walk in. You wanna sound like a tough guy/girl because we got what we deserved after all the inconvenience you caused despite us paying high fees and delivery charges plus tip. When I first walked in.. there were no customers nor your employees were busy doing anything. Clearly, customer service skills lack big time. Upon arriving, I did bring up my concerns and your employee refused to acknowledge me in the first place and refused to fix my placed beloved order. Upon arguing and showing her evidence that fish was missing in the burrito and bowls were halfway filled, and told her just because there is no face to the order that doesn’t mean u don’t do the due diligence and do your job if there was an individual walking in and getting their orders made. She decided to smirk and agree to make my order. She knew what she was doing. It takes a lot out of an individual to drive down to a place when they ordered through a delivery app for a reason. I hope you put things into perspective and learn from this and maybe educate your staff about running a business. Also, no need for passive aggressive behaviour through google review.. take this as a learning lesson and grow from here to succeed in your business...

While waiting for my food the second girl named Kuljeet was putting together online orders and touching the fridge, cash and phone. She then went and touched my food and I asked her to change her gloves and remake the food and she told me no so then I asked for a refund since she didn't want to remake the food. I was pleasant the whole time and she decided to make a fuss and I informed her that I was watching her the whole time and I would not have asked her to remake it if she wasn't wearing the same gloves. The other girl who started my order then came over and said yes it's fine but unfortunately wasn't trained in processing refunds and so she had to call her manager which is fine. While waiting another girl came in and her order was online and it was incorrect so they said they would correct it. While the one girl was trying to figure out how to process my refund and talking to her manager Kuljeet then went and ignored the person she was supposed to be fixing the order for and helped the person who just came in. Very unprofessional customer service and just simply rude. I have been to other locations and never experienced such a rude person.

Read moreI just don’t understand how the service could be this poor. The server barely put any beans so I said please add more black beans. Then I asked for all toppings except corn, but extra onions. At the end I realize 50 cents were added for extra beans and 50 cents for extra topping. How does this make sense? I paid as much as a large burrito bowl for a regular because I asked for more black beans and onions as the server barely put any.
The staff member said the manager threatened to reduce pay if they don’t follow instructions?? That is illegal. This place has good food but the worst service.
Edit: as for your reply. The problem is when you give minimal toppings for a burrito bowl ofcourse someone is going to ask for extra. I don’t get this problem at Quesada or burrito boyz. Maybe stop being cheap with toppings when you charge more than other burrito spots while giving less toppings?
Also funny thing is how you reply with defence to every bad review rather than apologizing. What ever happened to customer service?
