The worst service I have ever received. The color on the box was not at all what was inside, despite that I did not open the cap to check the product as I am aware of the return policy which they will not accept if opened. So the next day I went back to the shop to ask them for a different color as I am an Asian girl and needed a darker color, not brick red. The lady refused to change even when I showed her that I did not open the cap, but the color on the cap is not what is on the box, she asked me to come back in an hour when her manager comes back from the break. I waited in the mall for an hour and came back when her manager said they do not exchange because of COVID. I explained to her as well that for the same reason I did not open or use the product but she denied giving me an exchange or store credit and asked me to contact the headoffice. I am very disappointed that these companies are making COVID as an excuse to treat their customers wrongly and not cooperate or provide a solution at all. Would not recommend anybody to this...

I called to say that my mother was there for pickup and asked what they needed and my mom needed for them to give her my order. I was told that she just needs my order confirmation number, as that tells enough for them. My mother waits for 30minutes, so I call back and the girl told me that my mother needed to call to say she was there. I understand protocol, but it didn’t make sense as I JUST told them she was there waiting. Also, the girl didn’t tell me that. I finally get the order, and it was the wrong product. RETURN POLICY ABSURD...Very disappointed in shoppping at this store. Tried returning a weighted blanket that was clearly not opened and has a lock for the zipper on the package. And was told no refunds because they are final sale because it could have been used. It was clear it wasent used because of the lock. Was supposed to get a refund of $145. 89 and instead got a store credit for this amount. This was a gift for my daughter (15)and was very excited to get this money to purchase something...
