Not sure why you guys decided to close down the original location next to Aerie and open two new locations that are absolutely atrocious.

Workers at both locations too busy chit chatting and skimping on toppings and how they make the drinks. Worker literally scooped back out the mango chunks and gave me less than half the regular portion. Drink was so watery and disgusting. Yet I saw a worker give one of their friends who came by the store a free LARGE drink, a tall brown man wearing construction baggy clothes. I was the only person in the store who ordered a mango diamond slush and it took over 10 minutes to get my order to the point that a huge line formed.

Real fruit used to be my go to spot because it was consistent and efficient. But with the changeover in employees in BOTH new locations and how they are skimping on how they make the drinks and how long it takes, I’d rather go to somewhere else.

On top of that, I’ve ordered Durian multiple times and I’ve seen and heard the staff make faces and laugh. So inappropriate. Train your staff better on how to make the drinks and also how to be...
