Burger King — Restaurant in Brampton

Worst "fast" food experience ever. Should have taken the hint when the people in line ahead of me gave up and left. All 3 staff in the front of the restaurant filled app and "menu ordering screen" orders and ignored everyone standing in the line to place cash orders. After more than 5 minutes standing there (theoretically first in line now that the people in front had left) I asked if they still took cash orders. I was told yes and then continued to be ignored. I waited several more minutes and then gave up myself. I walked to the far side of the food court, ordered food, paid for it, walked back to exit and saw that the person who was immediately behind me in the line when I left was still waiting to order. I will never even attempt to purchase food at this location again, and considering the number of burger options will be unlikely to choose Burger King...

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and this is the first time I’ve seen a manager, Adilin, bring disgrace to the business. I witnessed her mistreat a customer in a wheelchair, showing blatant prejudice and a lack of respect. Her actions were not only unprofessional but also harmful to the reputation of the establishment. Every interaction counts in maintaining a business’s reputation, and this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire operation.

What could have been handled with empathy and tact instead created an atmosphere of tension and alienation. Rather than showing kindness, Adilin’s actions only worsened the situation. Changes need to be made in how this business approaches its customers, especially those with disabilities, to foster an environment of inclusion and respect.

Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend...

August 18th 2024 at 7:30pm. Zero star for the horrible service. The franchise owner and 2 employees were so rude, gave the refried chicken patty in crispy chicken burger. The fresh was requested. When taken back he was so rude, said remove the old burger and throw in garbage as I am not going to throw your garbage. And insisted that he will give the replacement only if I will throw that myself. This is unreal. The franchise group should at least give enough training at least how to behave. Terrible can’t believe these people are behaving like this in Canada. Think that they are still...
