Probably my worst fast food experience to date went late on a tuesday night around 10 and got 3 chalupa combos with fries supremes done vegan with fresco style besides one of the fries supreme being done with the cheese on it no sour cream. this sent them into a scramble as the manager took over the talk box to try to get our order together. we understood that sometimes people don’t understand what vegan entails so we comprehensively explained our order. we got to the window and the manger asked again repeating what we ordered and we said it one more time. they were obviously still in a panic because 10 minutes later we got our food. clarifying with the manger before taking it that it was done the right way. we had places to go so we took off with our food to eat it at home. they literally put cheese and extra sour cream onto every single order only managing to get a single fries supreme done the right way. so of course being unable to ingest dairy we take it back. simple enough get it replaced. we pull up and are very kind being like we’re so sorry but you guys actually messed up our food and explain what’s wrong. this man proceeds to gas light us being like you said you wanted it on one fries supreme right like yeah we did but not on everything and he repeats this 5 times until he’s says to drive up. we drive up and they remake the chalupas and put them into a big bag but we don’t see a second for the fries supreme. we ask and say we also need the fries supreme and he says don’t worry they are in there. we get home and there are no fry supremes in the bag, lying blatantly to us. i will not be going here again plus they charge $2 more on items compared to the taco...
Read moreGenuinely disappointed at how rude the drive through staff member was. She was super impatience and wouldn't listen to what I was asking. I asked to have a few minutes to decide and not even 30 seconds later, she came back "so are you ready yet?" in a snooty voice. I had to tell her I'd let her know when I was and still 30 seconds later, the same thing. And she kept trying to end my order before I was even done ordering. I had to repeat the things she missed a few times. When I pulled up, I told her I needed a second to transfer money between accounts and she kept shoving the machine at me, then asking "cash or card?" like I didnt just ask for a second. Then I told her I needed a second to clear some space for my order and she kepts shoving the stuff at me, "hello. its here. hello" and I had to repeat myself "I just need a second to make some room". I would understand maybe I was taking too much time if it was busy, but I was the only one around. Not a single other person even in the parking lot. She was very rude, had 0 patience for me to adjust a single thing, and I felt incredibly pressured to leave, as if I wasnt welcome. Im very disappointed, and have never been treated so poorly by a service worker before. I was calm and respectful, and didnt get the same in return. Read morefood order perfect but service at the drive thru was confusing as during the order I was left hanging as after I had finished giving my order, I was left with dead air for about a minute. this was followed by the attendant re requesting my order again from the top. following that, there was some confusion regarding my request for an additional burrito to be added to my value box order. it took some time to explain that I did not want the value box's included burrito to be substituted with this other burrito, but wanted the other burrito in addition to the one that was already included. after exhausting my attempts to explain, I eventually settled on what was a half understood explaination of my request. I received my value box combo with a substituted burrito that was the same as the one I had requested to be in addition-to, rather than the originally included burrito as well as the additional burrito that was requested. I believe there may have been a technical problem with the communication hardware that was the cause of my multiple repetitions I had to make of my order, as well as the time spent attempting to explain the attendant's comprehension errors of that order. the food was promptly received afterwards and the other was perfect and...
