Walkways are accessible for scooters, but watch out for the one inch drop at the ends of a small bridge or you'll get a thump. The little riverview deck near the same bridge is not accessible to scooters because it has about a 2 inch lip to the access ramp. Absolutely lovely area for walking, and nice for meeting people...
