By the playground you'll find the 1km circuit. It runs along the foot path, then loops back along the bike path. Nicer than running a track. There's a pirate ship playground, rope structure and some interesting seating along the river. Plenty of picnic tables and exercise equipment (working order as of Summer 2021). Dogs on leash, the police do ride their bikes along here. Seen it with my own eyeballs.
