I recently went to HEAL for the first time with my friend and we were both so happy with our experience!! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted by all the workers. Since it was our first time coming to HEAL the workers were more than happy to help my friends and I select an item off the menu! I personally ordered the dragon fruit bowl and my friend stuck to an iced coffee. I'm personally not a fan of berries and the workers were more than happy to substitute the berries with kiwis for me! I was absolutely in love with the presentation of my bowl as well as the quality - it tasted just as good as it looks. I even came back later in the day to order a vanilla date smoothie (which is now one of my go to orders at HEAL). Sufficed to say, I had an amazing experience here with my friends and I can't wait to come back....

Wonderful customer service with a focused staff on the job servicing customers, the quantity of the bowls and smoothies I gotta say are excellent keep it up! Heal Wellness Bolton is hands-down one of the best spots in town. The place has such a welcoming vibe the second you walk in—super clean, fresh, and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. They don’t just take your order, they actually care, which makes a huge difference.
