I will start my review with saying that I am an avid bubble tea drinker and have tried bubble tea from many locations across the GTA for several years. The bubble teas from here were the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure of trying in my entire life. Ordered a variety of bubble teas for my family and I and they were all extremely diluted and did not taste like the flavour they should. Usually a Taro bubble tea is supposed to be purple- the one I received was off white with a purple hint and did not taste anything like what a Taro bubble tea should. Tapioca was not chewy or sweet as it should but just disintegrated and stuck together with other tapioca balls. For the prices they charge, the quality is just not reflective of that. I would not recommend! I would even go beyond to suggest that this place is a complete rip off for how stingy they are....

I went into this establishment today for my very first time ever. We ordered five drinks, in which one tasted really bad. I asked very politely and for them to exchange only the one drink, and was told I had to pay for it. The lady working there, then proceeded to tell me that I look like a girl that was in there a few nights ago, trying to do the same thing. When in fact that’s incorrect. This is my very first time ever going to this establishment. The owner then showed up telling me the same thing. Then proceeded to put his hands on my 15 year old daughter leaving marks on her body. Went here today as my kids were craving some bubble tea. Unfortunately, the store was closing early today as it was the first day of this place being established and the official grand opening is tomorrow. By the time I got there, the place had already closed. However, I met the owner’s family and they were kind enough to offer one of their drink orders. I insisted on paying for the drink but they didn’t take money. I have never encountered such amazing customer service.
