MAD Pizza (NY style Pizza) — Restaurant in Caledon

The pizza itself is great. Crust - Crispy, light, fluffy, airy, and sits well in your stomach. Sauce - Flavourful, portioned nicely. If you ask for extra sauce, they put extra sauce on top of the cheese, which I assume is a tactical decision to keep the bottom crispier. Either that or they forgot and put it on and added it at the last second. I assume it's the former though. Cheese - None of that fake rubbery cheese with no flavour. It's a nice, delicious, ooey gooey mozzarella. Toppings: Portioned nicely from what I've seen so far. Nice and fresh as well. Cup and Crips Pepperoni - Good, but I wish they had an alternative style of pepperoni to choose from. Jalapenos - Fresh and crunchy Onions - Fresh, crispy, and crunchy Bacon Crumble - It was ok. I usually don't like it at most places (personal preference) Dip: A tad overpriced. Garlic Dip - It's pretty tasty, with good viscosity. It has a Tzatziki sauce freshness to it, not vinegary at all.

The problem I have is with their website and the list of issues is as follows: No option to pay at the store. You must use a credit card to order. (Any other pizza place that lets you order online always gives you options) Charges the same amount for half toppings as full. (Half should be half priced) No option to select extra sauce. (You have to ask for it in the notes section if you want it) Absurd service fee of $.0.86 applied to every order. I've never been charged a service fee anywhere else until The Mad Pizza. The interface can become glitchy when ordering multiple of the same items (E.G. if you order a custom pizza, then you re-click the custom pizza option to order another with different toppings, it then just opens up the cart over and over until you click on something else to break the glitch)

This is the best pizza you can get in Bolton, however I was not impressed with their service. This is the second time we've ordered from them and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I had placed an order at 4PM to pickup for 5:25PM. When I arrived, I was told I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Shortly upon my arrival, I saw them putting 1 of 3 of my pizza order in the warmer. Approximately 10 minutes later, I see the rest of my order being made and then into the oven. I told them I wasn't happy about this and they said they were busy. I understand they could be busy, but that doesn't excuse the fact that I had to wait 20 minutes for my pre-ordered pizzas to be made. I was treated as if I had walked in there to place an order. Also, 1/3 of my pizza order should not be made while other orders were being fulfilled before the rest of my order. One staff member at cash appologized while the others just called out rudely to say they were busy. Although this is probably the best pizza you can get in Bolton, I will not go back or recommend it because of their lack of service...

Incredible Artisan Pizza! Wow!

We decided to try Mad Pizza in Bolton and were absolutely blown away. This is not your average pizza joint; this is top-tier, artisan-style pizza done right. We ordered two different kinds, and both were phenomenal.

The pesto-based pizza was a flavour explosion, loaded with fresh toppings like roasted red peppers and red onions over a vibrant pesto sauce.

The crust was the real star of the show for both pizzas – it had that perfect combination of a chewy bite with a crispy, slightly charred exterior that you only get from a super hot oven.

The classic red sauce pizza (Margherita style) was also fantastic. The tomato sauce tasted bright and fresh, with lovely notes of basil and a generous amount of cheese. You can tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients.
