We had a great experience here on Father’s Day considering how busy they were! This was our second time picking up and the food was just as amazing as the first time, only this time we also got ribs and they were just mind blowing. I wanted to leave a review not just on the food but also about customer service. Again, this was Father’s Day so they were beyond busy. Usually customer service is affected in this case but not here. I ended up forgetting an item and when I called about, they offered to drive it to me right away. I did however opt to come in myself as I had to go that way anyways but when I arrived, not only was I given the item fresh but they also gave me a little extra as well as some other small items to try. Which ultimately led to a new love for their desserts! They remembered who I was so I didn’t even have to explain myself again and they were so kind considering how many walk ins and orders they were running through. Taste is not the only consideration when it comes to spending money to bring home a special dinner but I personally find I return more when the customer service is also up to par. Update: I had to knock some stars due to a recent experience with the food. Side note in my first experience I was not able to get this salad people rave about due to it not being available. I went in recently and I was pretty excited to try the broccoli salad which they had available! I was pretty disappointed when I got to eat it. It did not have much sauce on it and I was eating relatively dry broccoli with dried berries/nuts/bacon/onions. I really needed a beverage to push it down. It definitely did not look like what most people post on here. To avoid disappointment make sure the salad looks like what people post on here and not like mine.

First time here and the food is great! Ordered a family meal with chicken, ribs, coleslaw, Caesar salad and potatoes. The meat is flavourful and covered in a sauce of your choice. The meat is placed into a special bag which you can reheat in the oven the next day and it did not dry out. Highly recommend, definitely will go back...

Best Portuguese Chicken in town!! Finally Bolton has a good Portuguese chicken place. Love the flavors, lots of taste and everything is seasoned well and delicious. I hope the Bolton community supports this place because it seems to be a hidden gem right now. The ribs, wings and beans delicious. Try the cod fish cakes it's a Portuguese specialty. Will def. order again. My wife used a special UberEats promo code and I was so happy with the flavors, and knowing that Bolton has a good Portuguese chicken restaurant in town. (I'm sorry but the other one is the worst I've ever had) Don't know how they get 5 star reviews probably never had good Portuguese chicken before. Keep up the great work!
