Cococo Chocolatiers - Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut® / Signal Hill — Local services in Calgary

Went in to pick up a couple chocolates for myself as a treat, despite normally going to another chocolatier. For 5 chocolates it cost me over over $20 which is absolutely ridiculous considering the chocolate was quite stale tasting and not good. Even the seashell tasted almost ashy. B.C. used to mean good chocolate.

When I asked the woman at the counter about picking a 5th chocolate she should have told me about the exponential price increase (by like 6 dollars). It felt very dishonest and when I commented on that at the cash register she didn't even have a response.

I won't be back, and I would caution others...

As I live in Victoria, BC, in the past I have ordered chocolates from the South Centre store but my contact person is away.(also excellent service). Sal at Signal Hill store was wonderful, filled my order within an hour and drove it to the Fedex depot so that it could be delivered to my children in Vancouver the next day as that was the only day open for them to accept a home delivery, the Tuesday before Good Friday, in time for Easter. Incredible service, Sal certainly went beyond what was necessary and expected. I really appreciated it! Callebaut chocolates are the best and my children don't...

I stopped by coco to get a gift for a friend and asked for help, and the lady who attended to me was so rude. After some minutes of trying to check what was good, she said roughly again that the store would close at 6 PM. I stopped checking and went out to the store. I love this chocolate and would love to buy it, but I prefer to go to another store to avoid...
