Paolini's is an inflation pusher of the first order. Product quality has been and is going down continuously, shrinkflation is being applied everywhere and cheapening out on all key ingredients is their new business model. Now ,even one star is to much for this outfit.

Quality has its price. It was so as long as it was Weigle's, which knew what they were doing to provide REAL delicatessen. Paolini's took over and it was ok for a while, but since a few years now it is going completely downhill. Increasing prices continuously and providing not just sub-par, but downright lousy "replacement delicatessen" is a sure way of getting out of business soon now. No way would I go back or recommend this place until they shape up and become a sensible deli store again. If they keep on going this way, they'll be more than likely out of business - nothing...

after going to this deli for a long time it’s disappointing now nothing tastes the same! Some items are not even made anymore and the ones that are are not made the same. Nothing we have had is fresh, once the clerk had to open a brand new package because the one she was giving me smelled so bad to her. (They had a case of campylobacter or something serious in 2023, look up the news) A few times I called ahead & they have not been open during their opening hours only a note on the door. A week ago I phoned to confirm they would be open until 4 PM at 3:45 when I got there they said they could not use the slicer anymore and directed me to pre-packaged sausage meat. This is not acceptable and bad customer service. If you are open till 4 PM. You serve customers until 4 PM. Otherwise...

Edited at the bottom. I have patronized this place for many years. I went in today and was treated so poorly I will never step inside this place again! I cannot wear a mask over my face and with this covid stuff going around it has been hard. I went in and I was asked to put on a mask. I told the lady I cannot wear one but she asked me to leave, as some other people were inside I went out, once they were done and there was no one else inside I went back in and I told the lady that her own sign on the door said if I cannot wear one I am exempt.
