Worst tim hortons I've ever been to in all of Calgary and thats saying something because about 75 percent of them I go to get my order wrong atleast half the time but this one is worse and it's the only one I go to where they messed up so many times it makes me wonder if they do it on purpose or the employees just don't care. About 7 years ago I ordered a sandwich and watched 5 others get served before me and then when I asked where my sandwich was telling them I'm in a hurry, they got snappy with me. I stopped going there for about 5 years because of that. Just recently I gave them another chance because its close to where I live and the most convenient one to get to and one time they gave me a cup that was leaking all over the place, the whole point of a drive through is to grab coffee and go when you don't have time to make it yourself at home but how convenient is it when coffee is spilling all over you when you're driving. So anyways, I asked them for a new cup, they disappeared from site then 3 seconds later, handed me a cup, after driving for a couple minutes I realized it was the exact same cup they gave me before. I called and complained and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Today the fault is on me for going back after all that. One guy ahead of me was getting frustrated because they couldn't seem to get his order right and he was raising his voice then eventually started laughing because he couldn't believe how bad the service was. I was behind him and after waiting 5 minutes in line I finally said, hey can I place my order now please?? They said yeah 1 second, then a couple minutes later I said forget this, and drove away without ordering. Sometimes if im in a hurry, ill stop at a tim hortons where they got my order wrong before and just hope for the best because I don't have time to get coffee elsewhere but as of today I swear to never go back to this one tim hortons ever again and I will warn others about how terrible...

I decided to give them another try after a year and nothing has changed my order was still messed up when I got handed my order I realized it was wrong I didn’t get the extra topping that I payed for when I asked the guy is this my right order with the extras? He said in a very unprofessional way I don’t know, this is how it comes and he was just gonna let me go like that then I as I look closer I realized that actually that was not the item I asked for and he said well I charged you for that not for what you actually ordered as I was saying I have no problem paying he said just wait in the corner, there’s no need to be rude and not knowing how to professional solve a mistake. When my order was delivered by another person I said thank you and I got back a cold yeah as he was walking away.
Previous review: The worst location I am never ever going back there again! they always mess up my order no matter what I say they never get my order right. I just don’t have time to check for my order every single Time this is supposed to be a fast food place, the staff should be trained and able to handle lots of orders with accuracy. I have worked at places like this in the past and although mistakes happen, I thought it was quite easy to pay attention and do things correctly. Its putting food in a bag. Or filling a drink cup. Nono. Why do things the old fashioned, easy and right way? These folks like a challenge! Do it wrong every day in every way! Keep the customer guessing! Make them come back every time to get it made it right! Get them to reach out to a manager who never responds.

But you will show restraint. Because you are civilised. So you will rage in the peace of your vehicle.
