This place is a joke once they take your money. Service was good up till you pay. I bought early in April to beat the summer shopping rush. Delivery was as scheduled although set was not cleaned as stated nor was the problem fixed with one chair that I pointed out in store prior to buying and said if it can't be fixed I will pick a different colour or wait for a new set.
Kim didn't tell Rick (service) the correct problem with chair so when Rick delivered he wasn't aware and said that can't be fixed it would be another service requested. So I waited a month and no update then I emailed and no answer after 2 weeks so I emailed again and what do you know no answer after 2 weeks. So I go to the store which I got the response from Kim, I don't worry about service only sales. Well sorry, customer service doesn't stop when you take the money. Plus, she has the nerve to say we give you a great deal on it so that wasn't part of deal, which was another joke of an answer. Wow, I save $50 on delivery and tipped Rick $20 so an overall savings of $30, thank you so much. I paid the full sale price at time. I walked out without any resolve with my hands in the air. Then phone rang later and email was sent to the magical emails they could not respond to. Then they want me to send pictures after 10 weeks or so the can try warranty claim before ordering part.
I have never been treated like such a piece of garbage from a place where I spent almost $2,000 at.
So finally three months later the chair is fixed just today with every person blaming someone else for the delay. Dysfunctional at best and all people using 1 email address which obviously does not work. I would not shop here again and don't recommend it, as I have told some friends to stay away from going already that were looking.
Maybe if you have no problems then you will be ok or if you avoid dealing with Kim, same thing. I don't know but I won't take the chance ever going back to spend money and be treated...

The in store experience was OK, the selection of fire tables was probably better than other places we looked at. From the moment we picked our table to the eventual cancellation of our order was an experience that I would like to forget.
After 67 days of frustrating follow ups with numerous sales representatives we decided to throw in the towel. We struggled with all kinds of issues including Wicker Land selling us a fire table that they didn't have all the pieces for, to Wicker Land forgetting to put the order in for the missing pieces, to dealing with a supplier that took weeks to provide a replacement part (they provided the wrong piece by the way)...
Today we found out that the correct pieces hadn't been re-ordered and that they would not be able to provide an estimate for when they may obtain the correct pieces. The options they gave us were to wait for an unknown additional period of time for the correct piece to arrive or get a refund. After having to ask for some kind of compensation for our time wasted, they best they were willing to do was $100 store credit. No thanks, $100 dollar discount is not worth potentially re-living...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a "custom" sectional Koverroos cover about a year ago for a cool 1100$. It wouldn't fit the first time around and took it back. I wanted my money back at first but was told because it is a custom order, a return could not be done. It wasn't until the end of the summer that I finally got my replacement cover. By then, I had put my patio set away and never got to really try it out.
Fast forward to spring 2018, I got to give it a good try. In a nut shell, the custom fit is simply terrible. It is a square design on a rounded sectional. There is a thin nylon rope at the bottom to tie everything together but it is not a good fit. After only 2 weeks of use outside, I'm seeing tears and quarter size holes. The cover is like fabric paper. I wish I could share pictures to show how terrible this product looks.
This product is garbage at this price. 0 stars based on my experience. I got ripped off. Going to try to deal with Koverroos to get my money back since Wickerland won't...
