Horrible experience Placed 2 online orders and no communication or confirmation of shipment for over a month. One brief email was sent after my many emails indicating they were in the process of moving and items would be shipped shortly. After no confirmation of shipment after this email I sent subsequent numerous emails and left many phone messages but no response. Only after I indicated I would file a credit card charge back were the items shipped. No apology email or call was ever given. After receiving games, one was not in acceptable condition, so I reached out to store to organize a return for either store credit or a refund. I placed an order with this company in June 2023 totaling $225 for several PlayStation 2 games. Over a year later, in August 2024, I had to reach out because I never received my order. They admitted the items were still in their warehouse and offered me a refund, which I requested immediately.

Since then, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my refund. As of October 2025, more than two years after placing the order, I’m still waiting.
