TacoTime — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered mexi fries and when I received them I ate two and went back and asked for a new order as these are over cooked. My new order was the exact same. My son wanted to take them back for me to get my money because he could see I wasn’t happy. He then got lectured by the lady so I went up and asked what the problem was. She started giving me the lecture about how long they are cooked. I explained to her that I asked for them cooked less than last time and I was interrupted. So I interrupted her and said as a customer I paid for this product, I’m not happy and I won’t eat it. So she said do you want your money back and my son son said “that’s what I asked you for” (good boy, knows how to speak up). She opened the till and threw four dollars down on the counter and I said actually I paid 4.20. And she threw down twenty more cents. Rude. If I could give a 0 I would. I came here today around lunch time, I ordered one super beef burrito and apple juice. After I ordered I forgot to ask for extra sour cream. The man making my burrito wanted to use the same gloves to charge me for extra sour cream. I decided to opt out and have him make it. I would have easily paid but he could have accomondated me. The food was not too bad but service is what is lacking. I won't be back. Also they must have put a hole in my apple juice bottle because the whole thing spilled everywhere in my bag.

Update: I gave this place one more chace today and they didn 't even have diablo sauce. Then they proceeded to argue with me on what size sauce I wanted. Lets just say I am definstely done with this...

TERRIBLE. My boyfriend and I were in the mall one day and tried it. They gave us cold mexi fries and soggy lettuce in our burritos and then gave attitude when I asked politely for some fresh food. I gave this location one more chance today when I ordered from skip the dishes and they didn't give utensils for my taco salad or ketchup for my mexi fries and they also didn't include the drink that I paid for.
